The beauty of this property is the versatility is offers and accessibility to every part of the lake. Positioned so close to the ferry port and the local bus stop means you really can relax and enjoy all parts of Lake Como without the aggravation of driving abroad! For others who just want to de-stress for a week or two the proximity of the local beaches, 2 minutes walk to a shingle beach and 10 minutes walk to a golden sandy beach is another plus. Outside,the apartment itself has it‘s own private garden to relax in and inside you will find all mod cons are present from the midi system and flat screen tv to the modern fitted and fully kitted kitchen. For customers driving the apartment enjoys secure onsite parking directly outside the apartment.

Our new apartment also has the added feature of a private garden outside the apartment complete with patio furniture offers the ideal setting for "the get away from it all" break. What better way to spend an idle afternoon relaxing over an alfresco meal with friends under the Mediterranean sun?

Cookery and Painting courses are available throughout the lake. The area offers a bountiful supply of local produce for budding chefs and lake scenery par excellence for the would be Botticelli‘s of the world!

The apartment is positioned on the ground floor for easy access for the elderly or infirm and is child proof for youngsters.

The main lakeside viillage in Lenno benefits from being set back from the main road perfect for idyllic lakeside walks and romantic alfresco dining in peace and tranquility.

There are many local restaurants serving fresh, seasonal produce which we can provide details for. The local supermarket is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

The master bedroom is designed in a contemporary style with a double bed;
The bathroom is as you would expect from a brand new apartment (built 2006) and is meticulously clean featuring a shower, WC, bidet and washing machine;
The stylish Italian kitchen has been designed and fitted for maximum use of space and includes a cooker, hob, fridge freezer and microwave oven;
The living room is bright and airy designed with the emphasis on comfort and relaxation. The sofa converts to a kingsize (UK)bed at night if required. The dining room furniture caters for four guests. Flat screen tv, stereo and dvd are all included;

Distances:
The close proximity of the ferry gives you ample opportunity to venture to all parts of the lake. Beautiful Bellagio famed for it‘s art, silk and leather shops is only a short boat road away.

Local attractions
Skiing:
The local ski resort is situated in Lanzo which can be reached in approximately 45 minutes by car. Full ski hire facilities are available on arrival on site.

Golf:
Golf is available in Menaggio and Como town. Details can be supplied to interested parties.

Beach:
The apartment is situated just 2 minutes walk from a small shingle beach or, alternatively the golden sand beach at the lido is only 10 minutes by foot. Favoured by families in the day, it‘s the perfect place to enjoy the lake (you can even hire a boat here or just order a cocktail while you unwind on the beach). During the evening the beach is lit by candles and is frequented by smart Italians as they dance the night away Latino style!
